Kite & Wind surfing
Pissouri is ideally located a short drive from numerous kite and windsurf spots including Avdimou and Paramali. These wide open bays are especially deserted out of the June-September holiday season. Typical wind speeds of 18-35 knots make these days ideal for beginners and wave riders. Alive, with northerly and north westerly cross and onshore winds.
More popular Cyprus kite spots, still not more than an hours drive away, are Ladies Mile, near Limassol and Mazotos near Larnaka, where the Kahuna surf house is based. This is Cyprus' first legal and licensed kitesurf school and rental centre.

Love it.. appartment, beach, people and cyprus
Our in flight got delayed (Larnaka Airport), but from there was almost all the way to Pissouri Bay via highway. It took around an hour. Larnaka to Limassol, then A6 towards Paphos and you will get the exit to Pissouri Bay / Jetty. No prob at all. I haven't use SatNav.
I've arrived 10pm to the place. I met him at his restaurant (Perry's). 1 min walk from the apartment. No problem at all. They wait for us. We had dinner at his restaurant (I recommend it).
Apartment was perfect (no luxuries but well presented. great location, quite and safe place, all you need for a holiday).
We enjoyed every dinner on the balcony/terrace. We went out for dinner one night (apart from the first one).
Beach is just there... mix of sand and stones; but you can buy a 7 euro swim sandal at any place in Cyprus and job done. The sea looked a swimming pool, we enjoy snorkelling and swimming all the way the bay. 31 degrees during the day, 21 at night. October has been a perfect time of the year for me.
Beach has showers, sun beds for rental, etc...
From there, we went also to Paphos, Troodos mountains, archaeological places, etc. easy.
No complains at all.... I do recommend it.

My husband and myself rented this lovely villa for 3 days at the end of April we booked through booking.com The villa was just what we needed after a hetic week working on our own apartment in Limassol.
The villa is in a very peaceful location ,spotlessly clean well maintained and lived up to the photos .only about 5 minutes walk to the bay.just across the road up the hill a little bit there is a lovely chapel built into the hillside.
on arrival Perry was very kind not knowing the location of the villa he met us in the bay and drove us up there .I would love to return to Maria Villa and I would not hesitate in recommending it to others.
